Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date to arrange an exchange or refund. The item receipt will be required for any exchange or refund. Please retain this receipt as proof of purchase to claim on product warranties.
- Any exchange or return can be made in person, within 30 days of the date of purchase, at our workshop in Vair sur Loire (44).
- Plein air solution will not cover the shipping costs of any returned item, unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.
- If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping charges will still apply.
- Please note that any item that has been modified or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
