The item receipt will be required for any exchange or refund. Please retain this receipt as proof of purchase to claim on product warranties.

• Any exchange or return can be made in person, within 30 days of the date of purchase, at our workshop in Vair sur Loire (44).
• Plein air solution will not cover the shipping costs of any returned item, unless otherwise agreed upon beforehand.
• If you wish to cancel an order that has already been shipped to you, please note that shipping charges will still apply.
• Please note that any item that has been modified or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.
